PlayPi – Open-Source Gaming, Made in France

PlayPi is a French open-source gaming console project powered by Raspberry Pi (Zero to Pi 5), developed by the non-profit association Drisckiou.

Our mission is to bring back the freedom and simplicity of classic gaming with native games, no Internet required, no accounts, and no in-game purchases.

We believe in digital preservation, sustainability, and true game ownership. Games can be downloaded, stored on SD cards, and turned into physical editions with 3D-printed cases and printable covers.

PlayPi also welcomes indie developers and open-source creators who want to develop or port their games to the platform.
